At this time, we’ll get to know each other and I’ll answer any questions you have and go over all the necessary details. We’ll discuss your requirements and expectations and ultimately decide if we are the right fit for each other. 

When you decide you want to come on board, I’ll email you the paperwork for you to review and sign. From here, you get to sit back and relax while I arrange photos and your rental listing. 

I normally take full ownership and control of the tenancy application and selection process, however, if you'd like to be involved in shortlisting and selecting tenants, I am more than happy to accommodate that.
