Hi, I’m Sara, owner of Papamoa Property Management. I’m a mum, long-time business owner, homeowner and landlord—and I love calling the Bay of Plenty home.
From our beautiful beaches to the local cafés and welcoming communities, there’s so much to love about Tauranga and the wider Bay. As my business grows beyond Papamoa into the surrounding areas, I’m enjoying the opportunity to meet more people and get to know the places they call home.
The beach is still my happy place. Whether I’m in the water or walking along the shore, the ocean air always clears my head and lifts my spirits. I also love a good café stop, with Henry and Ted’s a firm favourite!
Over the years, I’ve enjoyed taking part in community walking events and fundraisers. Feeling connected to the community is a big part of why I love living and working here—and why I’m excited to help more property owners across the Bay.
