Meet Sara
I was born and raised in Dunedin, which is where my love for the ocean first began, but also where I developed my dislike for cold temperatures. As soon as I could, I migrated north and found myself settling in Rotorua, where I raised my three sons. They have grown up and flown the coop now.
I love hosting family events and anything that gives them a reason to come home. Other empty-nesters might be able to relate to that. I guess that’s why I find myself investing a lot of my time and energy into my business - because when you don’t have to dedicate so much of your day-to-day life to raising your kids, you find yourself with a lot of extra time on your hands!
Life threw me some pretty big curveballs (as it does), which prompted my move to Papamoa in 2018. I absolutely love the community here and wish I’d moved here sooner!
In some way, shape or form, I have been immersed in the property industry my whole life. My father was a builder, I married a builder, and my eldest son is a builder. Earlier in my career I was a property manager. Then, in 2012, I started a pre-purchase inspection business which I successfully ran for over 10 years.
I’m a homeowner, a landlord, and have been a tenant. So, when it comes to building, real estate and property management, I know a thing or two.

Hi, I’m Cassidy.
In 2024, I made the move to beautiful Papamoa and honestly, I’ve never looked back. The coastal lifestyle, friendly community, and relaxed atmosphere make it such a special place to raise my two children. Outside of work, I love getting out in nature, going for walks, and making time for things that support my wellbeing.
I’ve been a property manager for four years and hold a Level 4 Property Management qualification. I genuinely love what I do, helping property owners feel confident their investments are well cared for, and ensuring tenants have a positive experience. Building trust and communication are at the heart of how I work.
